All of your purchases help contribute to the American Diabetes Association which helps them continue the research towards a cure for diabetes. We, at Thunderbird Concepts, believe that we need to give back. We have been very fortunate and we appreciate all the great customers we have had over the years. We also appreciate that we live in a "free" country. Even though there may be faults in our democratic system, we believe that our demographic system is the best any one has come up with thus far. With all this said, we like to show our appreciation and donate a part of the proceeds to the A.D.A.. Here is a nice letter they sent us this month: Dear Mr. Aaron Scott: Please accept our sincere gratitude for your generous donation to the American Diabetes Association. It is truly a privilege to have your support. As you may know, the American Diabetes Association is the nation's leading nonprofit health organization providing diabetes research, information and advocacy. Your gift brings us closer to the realization of our mission: To prevent and cure diabetes and to improve the lives of all people affected by diabetes. Millions of people with diabetes and their families are the true beneficiaries of your meaningful gift. Many companies offer matching gift programs to encourage employees to contribute to charitable organizations. Most of these programs match contributions dollar for dollar, and some will even double or triple the amount of your gift. To find out if your company will match gifts to the American Diabetes Association click here. Again, thank you so much for your support. Only through the voluntary generosity of caring individuals like you can we continue our quest to conquer diabetes in our lifetime! Sincerely, The American Diabetes Association (No goods or services were provided for this donation.) ADA is an accredited 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
