I installed the K&N CAI yesterday.
You know, I'm 72 and not as agile as I used to be...
So I couldn't install it in 90 minutes like others do....
Took me 2 hours and 30 minutes from opening the box to roaring off into the sunset.
Works good! Combined with my straight pipes at the rear, sounds good,
and is probably developing more than the 15 HP that K&N claims.
Quite responsive. Runs strong.
Still eerily quiet when she is on a cruise.
But put the pedal to the medal and this bird sounds off and goes.

JUST INSTALLED K&N COLD AIR INTAKE SYSTEM (not calif. TP unit) and it TURNED this LADIES CAR into a "MANS MACHINE" similar to my RECENTLY DISPOSED OF SHELBY GT TOP END 155- 160 MPH DOCUMENTED.
THE ENGINE NOW gggrowwls BETWEEN GEARS and now I'M ALL ALONE AGAIN LOOKING IN THE REAR VIEW MIRROR,
just like the SHELBY, they are all about 3/4 miles back. (2003 GREY w/ BLACK TOP)

I DIDN'T REALLY DIDN'T WANT TO BE LONELY OUT FRONT AGAIN BUT IT IS WHAT IT IS.
