Concepts Return Policy
We make it easy to return items.
We
guarantee all merchandise sold by Thunderbird Concepts. If you are not
completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of delivery of
your order, you may return any item in new condition, including original
packaging and paperwork, for a prompt refund. All authorized returns are
subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee, unless otherwise stated in the
item description. No returns on special orders, factory direct orders,
or painted items.Thunderbird Concepts is currently unable to accept returns
of used items, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Shipping
Costs / Credits
The credit card originally used will be credited for
the purchase price of the item and any applicable sales tax, excluding
all shipping costs and restocking fees. Your credit card will be credited when Thunderbird Concepts
or the Shipper has received and processed the returned item (s). You will
be sent an e-mail "credit memo" confirming receipt of your return and your credit. Please
allow an additional 5-7 days for the credit to appear on your credit card account.
Thunderbird
Concepts cannot guarantee credit for orders that are not returned in accordance
with our returns policy.
Returned
Items
All returned items will be examined upon receipt.
If
the item is not in new condition including original packaging and paperwork
or does not meet the return conditions we may be unable to issue you a
credit or exchange for a replacement, and the product may be shipped back
to you.
Please
allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived
at our warehouse. Please
allow an additional 5-7 days for the credit to appear on your credit card account. Sometimes your credit card statement will not post the
credited amount until their next statement cycle.
How
do I return a product?

How
do I cancel an item that has not yet shipped?
Please e-mail (

cancel an item. We will need to confirm that it has not yet shipped.
Exchanges
If you request an exchange, we will ship your replacement
after we receive and process your returned product. You are required to pay the shipping fee for the product exchanged to us. We usually bill the extra $6 - $20 shipping fee (determined on box size, weight, and region) to the same credit card you used to place the original order. If you need a replacement
right away, we suggest place a new order.
Please
